Work Order Requests
To submit a Work Order requesting a specific type of repair, you must be an authorized Tenant Contact. Submit below or email the property management office at [email protected] for more information.
Requests are processed during normal business hours. Non-emergency requests received after 6pm Monday through Friday will be processed on the next business day. Please note that all chargeable items are subject to a 15% admin fee and GST.
For after-hour emergency requests, contact the onsite Security Command Centre at 403.592.2870.

Safe Walk Program
At Eighth Avenue Place, your safety is important to us. Our security staff will safely accompany you to your destination within a two block radius. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call Security at 403.592.2870 or submit a work order through our building website.
